Milescraft DrillMate with Chuck
The Milescraft DrillMate is a workshop-grade portable drill press that brings precise, angle-adjustable drilling to your standard power drill, with 210mm (8.23”) of vertical travel and a drilling aperture up to 86mm (3.4”). Perfect for when a stationary press isn’t practical, it delivers clean, consistent results with guided control right where you need it.
Adjustable to fixed angles of 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°, the DrillMate ensures straight or angled holes with repeatable accuracy. The solid aluminium head glides on precision bushings, supported by double ball bearings for smooth drilling performance. Whether you’re working in timber, ceramic tiles, plastics, or tubular metal, the DrillMate makes accurate drilling simple and frustration-free.
Precision & Control
Angle Versatility
Drill precisely at 45°, 60°, 75°, or 90° — ideal for joinery, dowel holes, and hardware installation where accuracy matters.
Smooth Operation
Double ball bearings and precision bushings in the aluminium head provide guided control and reduce resistance for clean, straight holes.
Round Stock & Edge Drilling
Self-centring V-grooves hold pipes, dowels, and edges securely, keeping the bit aligned without slipping.
Build Quality & Design
All-Metal Construction
Durable aluminium head and steel shafts withstand heavy use while maintaining accuracy.
Stable Workholding
Non-slip rubber feet protect surfaces during handheld use and can be removed for bench mounting via pre-drilled holes.
Consistent Depths
An adjustable stop collar allows fast, repeatable drilling for production work or multiple identical holes, with a maximum drilling depth of 210mm (8.23”).
Compatibility & Ease of Use
Use with Your Drill
Supplied with 3/8" (9.5mm) drill chuck and has a drilling aperture up to 86mm (3.4”) - no drill press required.
Added Support
An auxiliary handle can be mounted in a fixed position for extra stability during tough drilling tasks.
Important Note
Not intended for use with impact drivers or hammer drills.
