Straight 50-Degree Blade Geometry
Unlike most router planes, the MTC Large Router Plane uses a straight square-section blade set bevel-down at 50 degrees. This gives an ideal cutting angle for both with-the-grain and cross-grain work, delivering clean, flat results with no chatter.
Sharpening Without Fuss
Because the M2 HSS blade is a single piece of straight steel, it sharpens as easily as a mortice chisel. Simply remove, hone, and reset — no jigs or specialist tools required.
